Oopalie OperajitaOopalie Operajita is one of the foremost practitioners of classical Indian dance. She studied Odissi, the dance form of her home state of Orissa, with its greatest guru, Kelucharan Mohapatra, for 18 years. She has won several awards and performed all over the world. She currently teaches dance at The Carnegie Museum.
