Seyhan Erozçelik

Seyhan Erozçclik was a Turkish poet from the Black Sea region. He studied psychology and Oriental languages, and founded Şiir Atı publishing house in the 1980s. Erozçclik wrote and published nearly ten books of poetry during his career, and translated the work of the Russian poet Ossip Mandelstam and the Greek poet C. P. Cavafy.  He won several literary awards in his native Turkey, including the Behcet Necatigil Poetry Prize and the Dionysos Prize. (Photo credit: Yapı Kredi Yayınları)
