Visit us at LITLIT, The Little Literary Fair,(opens in a new tab) in Los Angeles July 30 and 31! We’ll have a table at the bookfair all weekend, so come check out the latest Two Lines Press titles and chat with staff.
LITLIT, a free celebration of independent book publishers, bookmakers, and booksellers on the West Coast, is in-person again after a two year hiatus.
Presented by the Los Angeles Review of Books(opens in a new tab) (LARB) in partnership with Hauser & Wirth Publishers(opens in a new tab), LITLIT offers local presses and literary arts organizations a unique, two-day opportunity to share their perspectives, books, and goods with Angelenos of all stripes at Hauser & Wirth’s beautiful open-air courtyard space in downtown LA’s Arts District. Now in its second year, LITLIT 2022 will feature even more exciting panel discussions with publishers, authors, artists, and community organizers than the first round, as well as music, food, and bookish activities for all ages.
As a sponsor of LITLIT, The Center for the Art of Translation is proud to support LARB’s mission to increase access to the world of literary and cultural production, and to strengthen public and institutional support for independent presses.
Admission is free. No tickets are necessary, but registration is encouraged in advance for panel discussions, including The Art of Translation(opens in a new tab), co-presented by CAT.
