Events

The Center for the Art of Translation’s public programs offer diverse experiences with translation, broadly conceived, through both intimate gatherings and large-scale events in San Francisco and beyond. These include translator workshops, international author book launches, bilingual literary readings, symposiums like our Day of Translation, and immersive multimedia experiences. Through our in-person and virtual events, we celebrate translators, build audiences for literature in translation, and create community through meaningful conversations.
