Allison Gallup

Allison Gallup is a German-to-English translator from New York City. In addition to Two Lines, her translations have been published in Absinthe: New European Writing, Gobshite Quarterly, Bomb, and New Swiss Writing (Solothurn, 2008). Her translation of Christoph Keller’s memoir, Der beste Tänzer [(The Best Dancer, S. Fischer, 2003) was released in December 2008 from Ooligan Press (at Portland State University).
