Ramon Gómez de la Serna

Ramon Gómez de la Serna (1888–1963) was born in Madrid and forced into exile in Buenos Aires by the Spanish Civil War. A writer, dramatist, and avant-garde agitator, he is best known for his greguerias, brief and fanciful observations or aphorisms.
