Jack Hirschman

Jack Hirschman is an American poet and social activist who has written more than fifty volumes of poetry and essays. He has translated more than thirty-five books of poetry—largely of revolutionary content—from eight languages, including Italian, Russian, Spanish, Greek, German, French, and Creole.
