Jascha Kessler

Jascha Kessler is a poet, fiction writer, and translator. He has published several collections of fiction, including An Egyptian Bondage & Other Stories, Classical Illusions: 28 Stories, Transmigrations: 18 Mythologems, and others. His translation of Traveling Light from the Finnish won the Finnish Literary Translation Centre Award in 2001. He is Professor Emeritus of English and Modern Literatrue at UCLA.
