Erika Mihálycsa is a lecturer in 20th century British literature at Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj, Romania. She has translated works by Beckett, Flann O’Brien, Anne Carson, Patrick McCabe and others into Hungarian, and published short prose in both Hungarian and English. She is editor of HYPERION – For the Future of Aesthetics (Contra Mundum Press). Her translations of contemporary Hungarian literature appeared in World Literature Today, Two Lines, TrafikaEurope, Music & Literature, Envoi and elsewhere. (Photo credit: Numéro Cinq)
