Napoleón S. Padilla

Born in Havana, Cuba in 1919, Napoleón Padilla studied agricultural engineering at the University of Havana and specialized in Toacco Sciences at North Carolina State University. He worked for many years as the director of the United Nations’ Food and Agricultural Organization’s tobacco program. He is the author of the book Memorias de un cubano sin importancia.
