Dilshod

Dilshod (1800–1905), also known as Barno, was born in Eastravshan. She was captured and taken to Kokand during the invasion by Kokand Khan, and spent the rest of her life there, writing in Uzbek and Tajik. She considered herself a student of Navoi and Hafez.
