Bradley Richie received his BA and MA from Stanford University, where he studied English and creative writing. While there, he published poetry, both original and translated, in national journals. Richie earned his MFA in Film Production at USC, where he focused on writing and directing. During his time at USC, he won an Alfred P. Sloan award for excellence in writing and held a directing scholarship awarded by the DGA. Most recently, he accepted a Fulbright Scholarship to conduct research in Paris and complete a documentary film about André Verdet, the celebrated French poet, painter, Résistance commander, and Holocaust survivor. Bradley Richie was awarded a screenwriting grant at USC in 2006 for Chandra.
