Camille Dungy

American Book Award winner for 2011, Camille T. Dungy is the author of three books, including Smith Blue and Suck on the Marrow, editor of the anthology Black Nature: Four Centuries of African American Nature Poetry and coeditor of From the Fishouse: An Anthology of Poems that Sing, Rhyme, Resound, Syncopate, Alliterate, and Just Plain Sound Great. Dungy’s honors include a National Endowment for the Arts fellowship, two Northern California Book Awards, and two NAACP Image Award nominations.
