Gina Jelinski is a high school drop-out and Van Nuys native, whose background is in visual anthropology. She has spent the last decade working odd jobs as a janitor, archivist, house cleaner, literary consultant, and botanical photographer. Simultaneously she works in the field of video, behavioral analysis, and writes for Book Soup. She’s received research grants from The Center for Cultural Innovation, and the Cactus and Succulent Society of America. Her most recent community based project is LITTLE BREAK, an online and print journal of arts and letters.
