Ovid

Publius Ovidius Naso (43 BCE–17 CE), known as Ovid, was a Roman poet born in Sulmo, just one year after the death of Julius Caesar. “Fama” comes from his famous work, Metamorphoses, an epic Latin narrative poem comprised of fifteen books and over 250 myths.
