Two Lines Launch Party
Doors at 7:00. Readings and remarks begin at 7:30.
Amado’s | 998 Valencia St. | San Francisco, CA
Join us for an evening of international literature at Amado’s in the Mission! The Two Lines Launch Party will showcase readings from Two Lines issues 25(opens in a new tab) and 26(opens in a new tab) in the Mission’s finest underground lair.
Award-winning poet and translator Denise Newman will headline the event with a reading from her translation of “Mean to the Bone” by Naja Marie Aidt, author of Baboon.
Plus, you’ll hear all about the journal, we’ll share our excitement about forthcoming books from Two Lines Press, and you’ll have ample time to converse and conspire with fellow readers from the Bay Area’s literary scene. As always, refreshments will be provided.
All proceeds support Two Lines Press. Your $10/$15 donation includes a free issue of the journal.
